request. Remember, bookings are on a first come - first

Our reservation department needs to process your request.
Please give us up to 48 business hours to book your request
or respond that the resort is not available.

Step 4. Your resort request is unavailable If you don't receive a booking confirmation, then you
will receive this email. This means someone had beaten
you to it. Remember, our inventory displays 60 days in
advance and is updated weekly.

LUXURY RESORTS WORLDWIDE EXPLAINED:

Due to the tremendous response to our offer, we thought it would be helpful to explain the voucher program in detail.

  • The voucher is not a club of 'any kind'. When you buy a voucher; you bought a 7 night stay of your choice from thousands of resort stays available weekly. You have 12 mos to select your resort week from the date you purchased.
  • If the resort you select is a timeshare resort, there is never any sales pitch or presentation - period!
  • Voucher has no additional fees - $395 is all you pay. The only possibility is if the local community (ie: Bahamas has a government surcharge) had a visitor fee or similar. This is infrequent and is typically minimal. In comparison to most retail rates on these weekly stays, which average in savings of $2000 - $4000 for the week, the small fees where required are minimal.
  • The inventory is updated weekly, late Friday or early Saturday, and operates on a 60 day outlook. This means the resort weeks available are within the next 60 days. After the weekly update, the closest week is removed and a new week is added to the end of the 60 days.
  • The voucher cost is the best in the market, for the best inventory in the market.
    (note: you can view current inventory on the site anytime without purchase).
  • Voucher owners have one year to make their decision on which resort vacation to take; and for voucher owners, there is an automated 'gift a voucher' program where you can pass your voucher onto someone else to use without scrutiny. It's your voucher - you can do with it as you wish.
  • There is a 15 day 'no questions asked' refund policy. If within 15 days of your purchase you wish to cancel (and haven't registered your voucher yet), simply contact the daily deal house you bought it from for a refund.
  • A security deposit may be required. This is a deposit most hotels, resorts and spas require for anyone staying overnight at their facilities to protect against damages, theft, etc. This is either a credit card imprint or cash deposit. Again, if you don't do anything that would warrant use of your security deposit as referenced above, it is never used by the facility.
  • LRW has automated the inventory process so when one of our customers request a booking, it removes that resort week from the inventory. This does not stop the hotels or resorts from scheduling their own bookings, which is the ONLY way a voucher owner will not get the booking they choose from our inventory - someone beat you to it (outside of our network).
  • Vouchers are sold through select daily deals and non-profits only. These billion dollar entities scrutinize the validity of the offer prior to representing it. The voucher will never be sold by 'questionable' organizations.
  • Inventory resort weeks are compiled from over 10,000 properties including hotels, resorts, spas and timeshares. The inventory is selected based upon the geographies of the voucher owners to give the most viable choices in their proximity.
HOW IT WORKS

  • The voucher process is simple and straightforward. The inventory you see is live availability when posted on Friday or Saturday weekly. Once your booking is confirmed, there is no possible change in your vacation.
  • Buy a voucher for $395; register your voucher on the site; and select a resort week from current or future inventories (over 12 mos).
  • You will get one of 2 emails. Booking Confirmed or Resort Unavailable. The majority will be confirmed.
  • When you receive a 'booking confirmed' email, this is your trigger to schedule your transportation. You're going on vacation!
  • If you receive a 'resort unavailable' email, this just means someone beat you to the resort week booking (see above). Relax - you have 2 options.
  • You can: A) pick another resort week now or during your 12 mos.; or B) call the toll free number to talk with a reservation specialist to find a similar resort in the area for that week.
  • Two weeks prior to your stay you will receive your 'welcome information' reminding you of your vacation and details about the resort (ie: check-in / check-out times, etc.).
