How do I redeem my Resort Voucher?
Once you have purchased a Resort Voucher, you will receive an email with a redemption code. You will need to register this code on our site.

Why does the Resort availability change?
At the time you are viewing/booking a Resort, you are viewing inventory within a 60 day window. Each day you go into the inventory link, you will see new inventory that will be added within the current 60 day window. Resorts that are booked will be removed from the inventory list and resorts that are newly available to be booked will be added to the inventory list.
Why can I only view within 60 days?
We are able to provide great value on these Resorts via our fulfillment partners who give us the opportunity to fill rooms that they would otherwise remain un-booked. They provide a great discount and access to these rooms through our promotion rather than have a room go unfilled.
What is the latest I can book using my Resort Voucher?
Your reservation must be booked within one year of your purchase. With your booking window of 60 days, you can technically book 14 months out from the date of your purchase.
Will the Resort I want be available in the future if I don't book it right now?
Our inventory is on a first come first served basis. We cannot make any guarantees that the resort you see today will be available tomorrow. There is always a chance that it may become booked and taken off the inventory list.
Are the Resorts all-inclusive?
All-inclusive is not provided with this voucher. If you would like to participate with the resorts 'all-inclusive' feature, you may contact the resort and purchase the option for an additional fee.
Are there any additional fees for the Resorts after the Resort Voucher purchase?
Some resort may charge a nominal fee for local taxes at check-in depending on their location. These fees are generally around $10.00.
Do I have to use my Resort Voucher all at once even if I only plan on staying at a Resort for 3 or 4 days?
Your Resort Voucher is to be used for 7 consecutive nights. You cannot split the Voucher to use for 3 nights at one time and the other 4 nights for another time. You do not have to stay at a Resort for the full 7 nights and may check out early, however, your Resort Voucher will be deemed to have been used and there will be no refund for any unused nights.
Do I have to pay $395 per person for each person that stays in a Resort?
Each Resort Voucher is a flat fee of $395 for a 7 night Resort accommodation. You can have as many people as each Resort bedroom will accommodate. For instance, if you are booking a 1 bedroom for 4 people, then you can have up to 4 people stay with that one Resort Voucher booking. The number of people you stay with cannot exceed the occupancy limit of the Resort.
Does $395 include the flight or any other costs associated with my travel?
Your Resort Voucher purchased for $395 is for the 7 night Resort stay only. This does not include flight, meals, car rentals or local taxes associated with certain resorts.
Will there be any Timeshare or other presentation I have to sit through when I purchase this Resort Voucher?
Absolutely not! This is not a Timeshare solicitation!
What is the quality of the bedrooms?
Great quality 3-5 star rated rooms! Whether you are vacationing as a family, single, with friends or as a couple, you will find something suitable for you! From private bedrooms with living room areas to studios to extra bedding with pullout sofas, full kitchenettes, you name it! Each Resort has a listing of full amenities and features for you to choose from and find the perfect accommodation!
Can I bring my pets?
Pets are not allowed unless they are guide animals. Please contact our customer service in advance for assistance in booking in that case.
Are there any blackout dates?
None at all! If it is in our inventory list, it is available for you to book! As the Resorts become available, they will appear in the inventory list within the 60 day window.
Can I make any changes after I have already booked my Resort?
All reservations are considered final. We cannot change the date or Resort once you have finalized your booking.
Do I have to register my Voucher?
Yes. If your Voucher is not registered within the 12 month window, it will be considered expired and void. There will be no refunds provided for un-registered Vouchers.
